Theuns Holtzhausen, founder member and Managing Director of the company has 14 years of specialized experience that he gained during his service in the South African Police Service Vehicle Theft and Organized Crime Investigation Unit. His primary duties in the SAPS was that of Investigating Officer and Section Leader of various Field Units specializing in gathering and acting on information with regards to serious and violent organized crime syndicates, sting operations and extensive undercover work.

Theuns resigned his commission in the SAPS during 1997 and ventured into the private sector where he undertook investigations in various sectors of the industry.
